Small Group Rules
by posted 05/29/2020

The Beach Dogs Lacrosse Camp has been redesigned and has been revised to conform to the State of RI Guidelines in response to COVID-19
Rules to Participate:
  • All Players MUST wear a mask walking to and from the field, and while waiting for the time slot. Players may remove their mask if they choose only during the session
  • All Players MUST use their OWN equipment at all times. They may not share sticks, gloves or helmets
  • Players and Coaches MUST DO THEIR BEST to maintain 6-ft of distance throughout the session. The Rhode Island DHS does not require social distancing within stable groups.
  • Each Player will have an assigned station to leave their personal belongings as well as their water bottle
  • There will be absolutely NO contact during a session. Players MUST avoid high fives, chest bumps, etc...
  • Any player who is feeling sick during or prior to a session should NOT attend and may reschedule 14 days later
  • There will be NO Spectators at these sessions. Parents may drop off and are asked to wait in the car to maintain the gathering being less than 10 people at all times
How it works:
  • Spots will be filled on a first come first serve basis
  • Your registration is NOT confirmed until you get an email and payment is received
  • Once your registration is confirmed, you will receive an email with the remaining details on your session, payment information, and a waiver that MUST be completed prior to attending.

What steps would we encourage you to take?

We encourage you to follow sound hygiene practices, including

  • Visit the CDC website for suggested prevention tips.
  • Frequent hand washing with soap and use of hand sanitizer.
  • Cover your mouth and/or nose when you cough or sneeze (with a tissue or your inner elbow, not your hand).
  • Avoid physical contact that may transmit germs—refrain from shaking hands, hugging, etc.
  • Bring your own equipment and water, as well as your own face masks when you visit camp or practice.
  • Honor social distancing protocols throughout the facility.

Summer Camp Insurance Detais
by posted 04/29/2020

Summer Camp Insurance Details.

There have been a lot of questions and concerns about summer camp, registration, refunds, etc. due to COVID-19.

In all circumstances, we will work to keep summer camp as planned. If we are forced to cancel we will reschedule and your registration fees will be allocated to the new dates.

For 10 years we have offered insurance for unforeseen circumstances. This will now include this pandemic, COVID-19.

Unforeseen circumstances can keep us from participating in the sports, hobbies, and activities we enjoy. Injuries and other unfortunate events can cause us to miss out on tournaments, camps, races, and even an entire sports season without the promise of a refund. By clicking "YES" you can now safeguard the cost of this camp.

If your campers cannot attend camp for one of the below reasons your registration fee, minus the cost for credit card processing fees if paid by credit card ($15.), any late registration fees if paid ($35.)  and this insurance ($49.99), will be refunded.

If you want to guarantee a refund, you will need this insurance.

Must be paid in full at time of registration.

The policy will not cover costs once camps start.

Reasons Include:

Will now include COVID-19. (if local, state & Federal Government cancel or limit the size of events)

  • Sickness/Injury - medical note required
  • Uninhabitable Residence
  • Active Service (Parental/Guardian)
  • Pregnancy Complications (Parental/Guardian)
  • Job Layoff (Parental/Guardian)
  • Traffic Accident
  • Extended School Year

  • The Cost of insurance is $49.99
